How To Take 

Recommended daily dose: Children from 3 years and adults: take 1 sachet a day, with or without food, at any time of the day.

Do not mix with acidic fruit juices or very hot drinks or foods. Fruit juices are generally acidic, and acid can damage strain 35624 like any other probiotic, making it less effective. However, it can be taken with food that contains fruit juice, as the food will help protect the strain of Children's Alflorex.
